At Lemonjelly Childcare Solutions we are dedicated to finding the right childcare solution for your family, our aim is to make the process fast, efficient and stress free for all involved.We offer a variety of services whether you are looking for an experienced nanny, a babysitter for a much needed night out or an extra pair of hands, a parent help, we can help.
We like to speak to all our clients personally from the outset to gain a thorough understanding of all your needs and requirements, the more information we have means we can match candidates and families more effectively.
What you can expect from us
All our childcarers have a recognised qualification and/or at least 2 years experience in the childcare field.We meet all our childcarers personally for a one to one interview during which time we will confirm their identity and check they have;
- A first aid certificate
- A Enhanced CRB disclosure
- A minimum of 3 references, which we verify by written or verbal means.
We only put forward candidates that we feel are suited to the placement by their experience, qualification and personality.
Family Support Pack
Once you have registered with us we will provide you with a support pack that includes a job description to personalise, interview tips and sample questions, record sheets as well as essential information on tax, insurance and payroll companies.
We will assist your contractual negotiations and can provide you with a sample contract should you wish.
We will keep in regular contact with you throughout the interview and placement process and we are available after all placements to offer future advice, guidance and support.
