Lemonjelly’s mobile crèche service offers a bespoke and flexible childcare solution that can be incorporated into any event including; weddings, family gatherings, charity functions and corporate days, and can cater for children aged 0 – 8years old.


Whatever the day involves our mobile crèche team will come to your event location and create a fun, stimulating environment for your children, providing a safe place where parents are happy to leave them, knowing they are being cared for by experienced childcare professionals.


Our childcare team will arrive at your venue and transform a room into an imaginative land of fun, using a variety of equipment, toys and games, arts and crafts and so much more, while maintaining a safe play environment. Our mobile crèche also offers an added baby zone and chilled out zone providing something to suit every child, so that they can fully enjoy their day.


All of our crèches are tailored to meet your criteria and the needs of your little guests. If you have any specific ideas or themes then we are more than happy to incorporate these into our service.

Lemonjelly crèches are designed around your day, we are happy to incorporate any ideas and themes you wish and we are available for just a couple of hours or for the entire day. If you don’t see a service which fulfils your requirements give us a call to discuss your needs.


Full Crèche Service

This allows parents to relax and enjoy themselves confident that their children are safe and enjoying their day too. Our full crèche service provides the equipment, staff and experience needed to keep your little ones entertained in a separate room filled with age appropriate toys, games and activities, which will provide plenty of fun and exciting things to do. Children are fully supervised, have to be signed in and out and given an identification name tag on arrival.


Evening Crèche Service

If your event is continuing in to the evening we can provide an evening crèche. In a separate room we will set up suitable equipment such as travel cots, sleep mats and blankets, story books and DVDs to allow our staff to slow the day down for the children enabling them to unwind and settle down to sleep where necessary.

If your guests are staying at your venue we can provide evening babysitting in the child’s own room.

The Lemonjelly events team are friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about providing high quality childcare, they love their job and enhancing a child’s day through fun and play.

All our team members are professional childcarers who also work as nannies, nursery nurses and early years staff. Prior to our employment, each team member goes through our stringent interview and reference check procedure.


The Lemonjelly team you meet will be:

Our Standards

  • We follow the national minimum standards set out by Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage at all our crèches.
  • A full risk assessment of the venue will be conducted prior to the event.
  • Lemonjelly has a comprehensive set of policies and procedures in place including health and safety, equal opportunities and positive play policy.
  • We are fully insured by Morton Michel.
  • We have a secure registration and ‘in/out’ system in place to ensure the safety of children in the crèche.

Your Enquiry, we will

  • Listen to your requirements.
  • Provide you with an understanding of childcare and the legal requirements for your crèche.
  • Provide you with a clear bespoke quotation in line with your requirements.


Confirming your crèche

  • Once you are happy with your quotation you will need to secure your booking by completing a booking form and returning it to us with your deposit.
  • A registration form will need to be completed for each child that will be attending, we can send these out to you or via email to your guests.
  • You will be allocated a crèche manager who will devise an equipment and activity plan for you day.


On the day

  • The crèche team will arrive an hour prior to the event to set up the equipment and transform the room into an entertaining and inviting space.
  • Staff will familiarise themselves of emergency procedures and exit routes.
  • The crèche team will be briefed on the day by manager and final safety check carried out.
  • Your little guests arrive and will be signed in by the crèche manager and given a name tag.
  • Children can be collected and returned to the crèche by parents/guardians at anytime, however to limit disruption we ask this be kept to a minimum.
  • Our Crèche team will pack away everything, tidy up and leave the room as we find it.


Parents can relax and focus on enjoying the day knowing the children are in safe hands having lots of fun.

    Lemonjelly provided an evening crèche at my sister in law’s wedding at the end of April. It was fantastic and meant that the children could play whilst the adults sat down for the wedding breakfast. The nannies were excellent and very flexible when the timings changed a little, as they do at weddings! The children had not met the nannies beforehand, but the nannies put them at ease and my son had lots of fun!  Thank you Lemonjelly 🙂

    We attended a friends wedding with our 3 little daughters, aged 8 1/2 and 7 1/2 where our friends had organized Lemonjelly as a mobile crèche facility for their attending guest for the evening and for the kids to have a more child oriented dinner. At first we were a bit sceptical if the kids like it but they didn’t even want to leave the mobile crèche anymore. Each time we checked up on them they said, we don’t want to go yet. that says it all
